About the Role

As our Product Manager, you’ll help shape the direction and growth as we scale. You’ll lead the development of our core platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve meaningful problems, and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values continuous learning, and enjoys collaborating to turn complex challenges into impactful outcomes. You’ll have a significant influence on both our product and our team culture during a pivotal phase of our journey.

Core Duties
  • Define and articulate business problems, user needs, goals, and product solutions for Boomerang’s core platforms
  • Proactively manage risks, navigate trade-offs, and make informed decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Own the end-to-end product development process - from discovery through delivery - in partnership with design, engineering, and other stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback and product data to surface new opportunities, validate ideas, and guide continuous iteration
  • Run experiments to improve engagement, retention, and overall product value
  • Facilitate and run regular agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
  • Act as the central point of product coordination across teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum

Skills and Experience
  • 5 - 7 years of experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt them to specific project needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL, data analytics and building BI dashboards

Location​: Toronto, Ontario

Compensation​: CAD $140,000 - $180,000 (based on experience)
