The Product Manager is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution plans to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. This role will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, manage the product lifecycle, and drive successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into product features.
  • Lead product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align cross-functional teams around priorities.
  • Support go-to-market activities in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Drive continuous product improvements through customer feedback and analytics.
  • Present product updates, business cases, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing products from concept through launch and optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Technical & Business Skills

  • Product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Customer research and market analysis.
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Data analysis and KPI management.
  • Product lifecycle management.
  • Business case development and prioritization frameworks.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
