Product Manager HPC

Your tasks

Being responsible for defining, developing, and managing the China specific HPC product portfolio including liquid cooled charging gun and its cooling system to ensure competitiveness, cost efficiency, and market leadership.
This role serves as the bridge between market needs and engineering execution, guiding product strategy, life-cycle management, and launch excellence in alignment with both China market demands and global product strategies.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Strong understanding of EV charging systems, particularly GB/T and emerging high voltage/ high current standards.
• Solid product management experience in automotive, power electronics, connectors, or electro mechanical devices.
• Strong leadership without authority; able to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic mindset.
• English: Solid proficiency; Chinese: native or fluent.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Strong market orientation; customer centric mindset.
