The Product team at Wego drives the vision, strategy, and execution of experiences that shape how users discover and book travel. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data, the team combines creativity with analytical depth to build scalable, user-focused solutions.

We are looking for a Product Manager – Hotels to own and grow key parts of the hotels user journey, from search and discovery through pricing, conversion, and post-booking experiences.
You will identify opportunities, define product solutions, and work cross-functionally to ship features that improve both user experience and commercial outcomes. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving marketplace problems, working with data, and building products at scale.
Owning and evolving key areas of the hotels experience including search, ranking, filters, pricing, booking flow, and post-booking journeys
Defining clear problem statements grounded in data and user insights
Building and prioritizing a roadmap aligned with user needs and business goals
Partnering closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Defining success metrics and monitoring product performance post-launch
Running experiments to optimize conversion, margin, and overall user experience
Collaborating with commercial, marketing, and supply teams to ensure alignment with market dynamics
Identifying opportunities to apply automation and machine learning to improve personalization, ranking, or pricing
Drive end-to-end product ownership across defined hotel product areas
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements
Use experimentation and data analysis to inform prioritization and decision-making
Align cross-functional stakeholders around roadmap priorities
Ensure continuous iteration and improvement based on measurable outcomes
2 to 5 years of experience in product management, analytics, or related roles
Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data
Experience defining product requirements and collaborating with engineering teams
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies is a plus
Exposure to marketplaces, travel, or e-commerce products is a plus
Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically
Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
