Your tasks

Your key contributions and influences:

• Define and drive the APAC Hot Holding & Automation product vision, strategy, and roadmap to capture growth opportunities and deliver customer-centric innovation.
• Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to shape winning product and portfolio strategies.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including new product development, portfolio optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Drive commercialization excellence through pricing strategy, product launches, value proposition development, and sales enablement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development to deliver innovative solutions and business results.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships while leading pilot programs, product validation, and regional growth initiatives.

Requirements

What we are looking for：

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development within an industrial, commercial equipment, automation, or technology-related industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience conducting market and competitive assessments.
• Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios and driving new product development.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and commercialization processes.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally across the APAC region as required.
