About the role

The Product Manager for ENSEK’s Home & Business will own and evolve our capability, delivering seamless customer experiences across complex, regulated energy journeys.

You’ll define the strategy and roadmap for moves, simplifying industry complexity through scalable, AI-enabled product solutions. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our global expansion, shaping how we support new markets and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, vision and roadmap for Home and Business Moves across domestic and B2B journeys

• Deliver an end-to-end move experience, from notification through to billing handoff

• Design scalable solutions to support international markets and regulatory frameworks

• Partner across product and engineering to ensure robust integrations with industry systems

• Drive AI-led innovation, including intelligent exception handling and automated occupancy detection

• Define and track product performance metrics such as completion rates, automation and customer satisfaction

Key outcomes:

• Improved move completion and retention rates

• Reduced manual intervention, exceptions and disputes

• Increased automation across move processes

• Moves capability successfully scaled for new international markets

• Clear delivery of roadmap value and measurable business impact

Experience required:

• Proven experience delivering a complex, integration-heavy SaaS product end-to-end

• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows and event-driven architectures

• Experience in a regulated industry (energy, telecoms, insurance, financial services or similar)

• Ability to make data-driven product decisions and communicate clearly

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships

• Strong Agile delivery experience
