H&M BEAUTY is capturing the enormous potential of the beauty market by becoming the world's most fashionable beauty destination. On this journey, we have reimagined our makeup line, continuously elevating our private label assortment to include makeup, beauty tools, body care, and fragrance. We also focus on building a fashionable, credible and complete beauty destination by complementing our in-house offerings with the latest external beauty brands, enabling our customers to complement their fashion looks with top beauty products.

Treat is H&M Beauty’s entry price level offering aimed at a younger, digitally native customer. The Treat segment develops approximately 200 articles per year across a wide product range, from hair accessories and beauty bags to makeup products. Treat is also working continuously with licenses and collabs, for example our latest H&M Beauty and BUBS collaboration.

You will hold end‑to‑end responsibility for the product development process and act as a central hub between different functions, setting both strategies and priorities for your own and supporting teams. You will lead and coordinate parallel timelines, ensuring progress through clear prioritization and strong project management in close collaboration with multiple cross‑functional stakeholders.

You are expected to be bold, curious and experimental, always grounded in strong commercial awareness. Flexibility, fast execution and an understanding of platforms like TikTok are crucial keys in this role.

Qualifications

As a Product Manager for Treat you will play a key role in driving and developing a bold and highly commercial beauty assortment, with a strong focus on accessibility, trend relevance and speed. You will take ownership of the product strategy and lead the development of strong and culturally relevant assortments for our campaigns.

You translate commercial insights, trends, and customer needs into actionable product decisions that drive growth, profitability, and brand impact.

You will:

  • Define and execute a clear product strategy for the Treat segment, balancing trends, creativity, and commerciality.
  • Translate trends, insights and cultural moments into strong product offerings.
  • Have end‑to‑end responsibility for the product development process and act as a central hub between formula, packaging, design and marketing
  • Continuously refine assortment strategies based on performance and market shifts.
  • Ensure products deliver great value for money by balancing quality, price, and sustainability.
  • Lead confidently through change and complexity, fostering a culture of agility creativity and ownership.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong passion for trends and product. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and can navigate multiple markets and cultural contexts. You combine creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring that every product reflects both regional relevance and brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience from a similar role
  • Extensive experience in fashion and/or retail, with a proven track record in product development and assortment strategy
  • A sharp eye for cultural movements and trends, with the ability to interpret them into commercially strong products.
  • Strong leadership skills – able to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, even without formal personnel responsibility
  • Brave in testing new ideas and pushing boundaries
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to delegate internally as well as align stakeholders
  • A flexible and curious mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
