Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Wealth Commercialization and Wealth Lending, Wealth and Premier Solutions, Hong Kong and responsible to maintain day-to-day ownership and delivery of the Premium Financing (PF) portfolio, including end-to-end product lifecycle management, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring market competitiveness
  • Support the premium financing customer journey design and execution, manage and lead Transformation and IT to deliver changes in the PF application and product journeys
  • Premium Financing frontline enablement: sales script, sales journey, tool development, control, eligibility, complaint handling and tracking, performance tracking
  • Support the management of product pricing, P&L and risk controls
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including Distribution, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations to deliver new PF capabilities, optimize existing journeys, and manage ongoing governance, documentation, risk and control requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Group Standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with business studies related discipline is preferred
  • Proven experience preferably in Retail Banking, Wealth and Insurance product management with business KPI responsibilities, well understanding on the wealth products, sales and/or marketing
  • Understanding of Hong Kong's retail and wealth management markets, customer dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills in developing and implementing initiatives and ability in timely and effective problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
