Your Job

As a Product Manager, you will develop and manage product lines to achieve sustainable revenue and margin growth while delivering the best return on investment for the assigned products globally.

Our Team

This role partners closely with internal Product Development, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams and engages externally with customers and vendors. The position supports Enterprise Group products within DSS’s CSBU and operates with a global scope.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a strategic product-line business plan that targets markets, industries, and customer segments.
  • Identify product-line trends and emerging technologies, and lead long-term product planning.
  • Improve the profitability of assigned product line(s) by driving cost-reduction initiatives, adopting new technologies, and implementing quality improvements.
  • Monitor capacity and drive capital investments to support forecasted demand.
  • Review and approve pricing requests, maintain the pricing system, and develop pricing strategies for assigned product lines; participate in global negotiations with key customers.
  • Manage new product development activities to extend and grow the life of assigned product lines; create stakeholder buy-in and work closely with new product development and market-penetration teams.
  • Optimize the use of engineering and financial resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop product promotion and commercialization plans, including sales tools, technical literature, training, and sampling.
  • Manage any other product-related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in product line management in the electronics industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle from NPI through EOL and managing product P&L (revenue and profitability).
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with solid business acumen and confident decision-making.

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Sales/Marketing and/or engineering development experience in high data-rate application industries.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience negotiating with and managing relationships with electronics OEMs/ODMs and contract manufacturers (CMs).
