Primary Responsibilities:

• Will oversee Product Content accuracy for the Coding Intelligence team
• Will oversee and perform Product Content loading and maintenance for the Coding Intelligence owned content
• Will oversee Product Delivery and Discovery of features requiring new Content
• Will host Story boarding User Interface Discovery of features requiring new Content
• Will create User Interface requirements in the form of Features and User Stories for features requiring new Content
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Technical Product Manager - Product Content focus Experience
• Versed in User Story writing
• Familiar with Agile Practices
• Proven good communication skills
• Proven solid Data Analytic skills

Content Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Proven experience investigating and resolving complex content defects
• Solid root cause analysis (RCA) skills using techniques such as 5 Whys
• Ability to distinguish symptom vs. root cause
• Experience validating content accuracy across multiple sources
• Experience researching regulatory, coding, or healthcare content changes

Technical Skills

• SQL and database query experience
• Ability to analyze data discrepancies and identify data quality issues
• Experience reading API payloads, logs, and system outputs
• Understanding of system integrations and content distribution pipelines
• Solid proficiency with Excel for data validation and comparisons

Product Management Fundamentals

• Experience writing detailed requirements and user stories
• Backlog prioritization and Agile/Scrum experience
• Ability to work closely with Engineering, QA, Content Operations, and Business stakeholders
• Experience accepting and validating completed work
• Solid attention to detail

Problem Solving

• Investigative mindset
• Ability to manage ambiguous problems
• Data-driven decision making
• Solid analytical thinking

Communication

• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Clear documentation of defects, impact, and resolution plans
• Solid facilitation skills for defect triage discussions
