What you will enjoy doing*

• You have an understanding that the product line marketplace; customer needs, technical alternatives,
  demand drivers, industry capacity, market share and competitor pricing.
• Analyze
  data to develop strategy for responsible categories.
• You will lead
  category strategy development, execution and performance reporting.
• Design
  and implement programs with OEM vendors to drive growth and build
  strategic relationships.
• Key
  player in managing vendor relationships regarding programs, rebates,
  supply chain performance, cost, quality, fill rate, contract management,
  and freight.
• Participates
  in sourcing, design and implementation of private label products.
• Interfaces
  with all areas of the organization to understand needs and growth
  opportunities within the business.
• Effectively
  communicate and network with all levels in the organization, both
  internally and externally.
• You are expected to support
  inventory management and obsolescence.
• Has
  a working knowledge of JDE, OBIEE, and Excel.
• You are responsible
  for product definitions, product categorization and support of data
  management.
• Manage
  store stocking program and list pricing.
• You will support
  field on product and supplier issues.
• Support
  publications and selling tools like catalogs, flyers and ecommerce needs.

What makes you great

• You have five plus years experience in metal fabrication, welding, and/or gases industry
  desirable
• 3+
  year product management, sales and/or business development experience
  preferred
• You hold a bachelor's
  Degree required
• Strong
  analytical and Excel skills required
• Highly
  developed communication (both written & verbal), interpersonal,
  organizational, problem-solving, and customer focus skills
• You have the ability
  to operate with minimal supervision in a complex environment and handle
  multiple tasks and follow-through
• Ability
  to travel domestically and internationally

Pay Range: $90,000 - $132,000
