Product Manager (GTM) - UK/产品经理(GTM)-英国伦敦全职海外业务板块职位描述• Developing products strategy through insights from market research and customer buying behaviour;
• Crafting product marketing messages and unique selling points that set the product apart from the rest in the market based on customer preferences;
• Establishing strategies for product pricing and positioning;
• Performing surveys, interviews and focus groups for obtaining insights about the customer’s product usage and buyer personas to tap new opportunities;
•Agreeing on timelines and deadlines of new product development with the product management teams;
• Responsible for making the product GTM strategy and plan basing on the collaboration with product, OTD, sales and other related departments;
• Communicating the vision of a company and the value of new products to the sales team and helping them develop tools that facilitate the sales process;
• Briefing MKT teams on new products and services to be launched in the market;
• Presenting products to both internal teams and partnership, discussing sales strategy and using market research to establish product strategy;
• Support the partnership on local homologation process and documents;
• Collect the product problems from partnership and customers and feedback in time to HQ product team to handle;职位要求• At least 5 years experience on product management or product MKT role;
• Proven experience in product management or related role;
• Ability to create product development and marketing strategies;
• In-depth knowledge about the industry and product’s users;
• Excellent market research skills and the ability to gain insight into the customers’ needs and experiences;
•Outstanding social media marketing skills for connecting with audiences and growing relationships with them;
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiar with the local homologation process and requirement.
