Job Description

Who We Are.

Axi is a leading global provider of margin and deliverable Foreign Exchange, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and Financial Spread betting. Our business has evolved into a world-class, multifaceted brokerage with offices in six regions. With heavy investment in the latest trading technology, Axi seeks to offer the most comprehensive end-to-end trading experience available, servicing traders of all levels from beginners to institutional-level clients.

Let's talk about the cool stuff you will do at Axi!

As a Product Manager (Growth), you’ll own and scale key product experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across our platform. You’ll shape the growth roadmap and build impactful features like onboarding journeys, referral programs, loyalty systems, and personalized notifications, while working closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams. Through continuous experimentation and data-driven decision-making, you’ll solve complex problems, optimize user journeys, and create scalable growth engines that deliver meaningful impact for both our customers and the business.

Your EDGE Assignment / You Will

  • Define, own, and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with company priorities, growth objectives, and key funnel metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue).
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, CRM, support, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives end-to-end, especially those driving user growth and engagement.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from customers, users, stakeholders, market trends, and competitor research to identify opportunities for innovation, conversion improvement, and engagement uplift.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, priorities, growth experiments, and well-managed backlogs for engineering teams.
  • Lead the development and rollout of new features, capabilities, and product improvements, including growth-focused initiatives such as onboarding, referrals, promotions, loyalty programs, and notifications.
  • Monitor product performance through data, user behavior, feedback, funnel and cohort metrics, and use those insights to drive continuous optimization.
  • Ensure product capabilities meet relevant regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements where applicable, especially for promotions and rewards systems.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders on roadmap progress, growth metrics, priorities, trade-offs, and business impact.
  • Balance customer value, business outcomes, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints to make sound product and growth decisions.

Are you the one?

  • 7+ years of total work experience, with most of that experience in product management, preferably in growth, engagement, or monetization domains.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering successful software products, features, or customer experiences across web and/or mobile platforms, including growth-focused initiatives.
  • Strong product sense, with the ability to define strategy while also driving execution at the detail level, particularly across user lifecycle stages.
  • Experience using customer insights, market research, competitor analysis, and product analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes, including conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing) and driving continuous optimization is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
  • Familiarity with modern product development practices across discovery, delivery, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Strong ownership mentality, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, trading, regulated products, or similarly complex digital environments.
  • Experience working in cross-regional or global rollout environments.
  • Experience building or scaling growth initiatives such as referral programs, loyalty/rewards systems, promotions, or lifecycle communication (push, email, in-app).
  • Exposure to CRM tools, notification systems, marketing automation, or personalization platforms.

Axi's bag of delights

  • Extensive learning opportunities, including professional certifications and continuous development.
  • 18 annual leave days and 12 sick leave days per year.
