[What the role is]

Product Manager - GoBusiness Licensing

[What you will be working on]

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the onboarding of licences onto the GoBusiness platform and develop innovative licensing features that streamline business operations in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of government services and digital transformation, requiring someone who can navigate complex regulatory requirements while delivering user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will drive the strategic development of licensing capabilities on GoBusiness, working closely with government agencies to digitise and integrate various business licences onto a unified platform. You will be responsible for understanding the end-to-end licensing journey from a business perspective, identifying pain points, and designing solutions that reduce regulatory burden while maintaining compliance standards.

Your role involves conducting extensive stakeholder engagement with both government agencies and businesses to understand licensing requirements, processes, and user needs. You will translate these insights into product requirements, working with engineering teams to build scalable licensing features that serve thousands of Singapore businesses.

You will manage the product roadmap for licensing features, prioritising development based on business impact, user feedback, and government policy objectives. This includes overseeing the technical integration of various agency systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience across different licensing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in government digital services, business licensing processes, or regulatory technology will be particularly well-suited for this role. Knowledge of Singapore's business regulatory landscape, experience with GovTech or similar government technology initiatives, and understanding of digital identity and authentication systems would be valuable additions.
