Your role: Product Manager – Global MarTech & Engagement Platforms
As the Product Manager for Global MarTech & Engagement Platforms, you will be the strategic architect of Elanco’s marketing technology ecosystem. Your role is to own the "connective tissue” the suite of SaaS-based platforms that drive customer engagement, education, and conversion.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise tools, including our Learning Management System (Docebo), webinar platforms (On24), video hosting (Wistia) and few other key engagement platforms. This role combines product management with operational leadership, ensuring our global marketing teams have a seamless, high-performing set of capabilities to reach pet owners, veterinarians, and farmers worldwide.
SaaS Portfolio Management: Lead the lifecycle, integration, and optimization of Elanco’s marketing SaaS stack (including Docebo, On24, Wistia, Pear Commerce, and Ahrefs).
Engagement Roadmap: Define the strategy for how these "bolt-on" technologies enhance the customer journey, ensuring they are globally scalable yet locally relevant.
Usage and Analysis: Analyze traffic, usage and other engagement data across communication channels and provide readouts and provide key actions
Vendor Excellence: Manage relationships with key technology partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and Elanco is leveraging the latest platform innovations.
Data-Driven Growth: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and ObservePoint to monitor platform health and user engagement, translating data into actionable web product improvements.
Privacy & Security First: Act as the primary product liaison for Legal and Privacy stakeholders, ensuring all engagement platforms (e.g., Trustseal, Preference Centers) meet global regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Process Optimization: Inherit and evolve the "Ops Lead" responsibilities, streamlining how marketing teams request, onboard, and utilize new technologies.
Global Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for OUS (Outside the US) stakeholders in the UK, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring their unique market needs are reflected in the global stack.
Years of Experience: 5+ years in digital product management or marketing operations, with a heavy focus on B2B or B2C SaaS ecosystems.
MarTech Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex marketing stacks in a global, matrixed environment.
SaaS Integration: Strong understanding of how third-party SaaS tools integrate with core web platforms via APIs, scripts, and data layers.
Analytics & SEO: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs), and user behavior tracking (Clarity/Hotjar).
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with global data privacy laws and their impact on marketing technology.
Operational Rigor: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and vendors while maintaining a focus on ROI and performance.
Stakeholder Influence: Skilled at navigating complex legal and privacy requirements to find "yes" for the business.
Global Mindset: Ability to work effectively across time zones, specifically bridging the gap between UK/EMEA requirements and Global HQ.
