We’re now looking for a Product Manager to lead and grow our Gas Systems portfolio globally.

About the Role

This is a strategic product leadership role.

As Product Manager for Gas Systems, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for a key part of our safety portfolio. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer value, ensuring we build the right products for the right markets.

You are not just supporting the product; you are driving it.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your part of the Gas Detection portfolio

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and business cases

  • Work closely with R&D to specify and prioritize development based on customer and market needs

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments

  • Engage with customers and key stakeholders to understand future needs

  • Drive product launches and support go-to-market activities

  • Collaborate with sales, service, and operations to ensure commercial success

  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field

  • ~5+ years experience in product management, product strategy, or similar roles

  • Technical curiosity with the ability to understand product architecture and system design

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology into customer value

  • Experience working with hardware/software systems, preferably in regulated or safety-critical environments

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)

  • Experience in safety systems, gas detection, or regulated industries is a plus.
