You’ll take charge of building operations from the ground up, developing strategic customer relationships, and laying the foundation for a future UK team. If you're commercially minded, hands-on, and ready to make your mark, this role offers real scope for impact.

  • Set up and manage supply chain operations including warehousing, transport, and logistics
  • Build commercial presence with distributors, trade partners, and industrial customers

Customer & Commercial Development

  • Own relationships with large accounts and central purchasing teams
  • Educate customers on product performance, end-use benefits, and sustainability impact
  • Lead contract negotiations covering pricing, delivery terms, and cooperation agreements

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with global teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product)
  • Define UK team structure and lead recruitment planning as operations grow
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Sales & Performance Reporting

  • Track UK performance metrics, revenue, and profitability
  • Lead forecasting and support wider strategic planning with accurate insights

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, key account management, or business development
  • Experience launching new products or markets, ideally with supply chain exposure
  • Background in chemicals, fuels, energy, or related technical sectors is ideal
  • Experience and/or network for selling to garden or DIY retail stores
  • Skilled negotiator with strong commercial and logistical understanding
  • Experience working with SMEs and larger corporate structures

Attributes

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer oriented
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Confident navigating international environments and priorities

Salary, Benefits & Location

Salary: £70,000–£80,000, depending on experience

Bonus Annual performance-based bonus
