Job Description

We are seeking a skilled contract Product Manager to support the AI/ML product charter within the Cross-Border (XB) Science organization. In this engagement, you will partner with science and engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize the ML roadmap, and drive execution of machine learning-powered solutions across selection growth, demand forecasting, and product discovery. You will be responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into clear product narratives, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones within the contract period. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience shipping AI/ML products, can operate independently with minimal ramp-up, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You should excel at synthesizing inputs from applied scientists, engineers, and business teams to drive measurable outcomes. This is a fixed-term engagement with the opportunity to make high-impact contributions to our global AI/ML product portfolio.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
