We are a commercial organisation based in Eindhoven, responsible for the Benelux, Nordic countries and the United Kingdom. We also work closely with our office in Reutlingen (Germany), which supports the German-speaking markets, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

For our Marketing Department, we are looking for a:

Product Manager Frozen Retail
40 hours per week

Responsibilities: What do you do?

  • Regularly analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities and support budget and mid-term planning;

  • Manage the segment’s performance against competitors on a monthly basis to identify opportunities or take corrective actions during the budget year;
  • Identify growth levers across product development, packaging, pricing, communication and promotional activities, and translate these into the annual budget plan;
  • Take ownership of the segment's brand P&L;
  • Lead the preparation and execution of product launches, including business case development, product positioning, pack design development, and marketing support plans;

  • Portfolio & assortment management: review performance, optimize assortment ranking, and manage phase-ins and phase-outs;
  • Act as project lead and/or coordinator across disciplines to drive excellence in the execution of key marketing initiatives.

Your education, skills and experience

  • A bachelor’s (or higher) level of working and thinking;

  • A proven record of relevant work experience in ‘Branded’ FMCG/Food retail organization;

  • Proven experience of at least 4 to 5 years with all elements of Brand Management (i. e. product portfolio management, media planning, communication development) in a successful A-brand organization;

  • Affinity with food and awareness of its impact on health and well-being in our society;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
