
Join a team at the forefront of building Fidelity Institutional’s integrated wealth management platform within one of the fastest-growing segments of the market. We are seeking a results-focused and motivated associate to join the Managed Platforms team within the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions organization.
In this role, you will drive the adoption and evolution of Fidelity’s Managed Account Xchange platform (FMAX), a critical component of our wealth management and advisory offering. You will partner closely with other product managers, distribution, and technology teams—as well as external clients and strategic vendors—to help define and deliver scalable, integrated managed account solutions.
Fidelity Institutional (FI) delivers clearing, custody, brokerage, and investment solutions to a diverse client base, including RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance firms.
This role operates at the intersection of sales, relationship management, product, and technology—serving as a key connector across Fidelity’s ecosystem. You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team focused on expanding the reach and impact of Fidelity’s managed platform offerings.
Reporting to the VP, Product Leader for FMAX, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Fidelity’s advisory technology and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
