We’re looking for a Product Manager – Flavours to lead and grow our flavours portfolio, working at the intersection of consumer trends, innovation and customer solutions.

About your role

This is a high-impact, end-to-end product management role where you’ll take ownership of the flavours portfolio across Food & Beverage applications.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and customers to identify opportunities, drive innovation and grow market share, while also acting as the central connector across commercial, technical and supply teams.

The role includes direct customer interaction across Australia and New Zealand, helping unlock new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. This role can be based at our Head Office in Melbourne, or one of our sites in Sydney (Kings Park or Villawood).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the flavours portfolio, including strategy, lifecycle and performance
• Translate customer needs and market trends into commercial opportunities
• Work directly with customers and Account Managers to drive growth and engagement
• Lead innovation opportunities and support new product development
• Manage pricing, margins and portfolio performance
• Build strong connections with production, supply chain and technical teams
• Ensure smooth product delivery and support across the customer base
• Act as a key internal champion for flavours across the business

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in flavours, food ingredients, food manufacturing or related industries
• Background in product management, category management, or technical/commercial roles
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to own performance and drive growth
• Confident working directly with customers and internal stakeholders
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to create momentum and influence change
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, customer-led solutions

Nice to have:

• Qualification in Food Science, Chemistry or a related discipline
• Exposure to flavour development or food-based applications
• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles
