The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Cash Channel Strategy, Merchant Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.
Join the Deposits and Transaction Crew, within Everyday Business Banking where you will manage the product lifecycle through a deep understanding of the high-profile customer outcomes and needs and connecting them to our Everyday Business Banking objectives.
Do Work That Matters
You are passionate about product management and customer with existing product management experience. You will be responsible to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business.
We are looking for people who have
3+ years in product management
Ability to translate complex product, technical and regulatory concepts into clear, concise messaging tailored to diverse audiences including senior stakeholders, delivery teams and frontline partners
Ability to build trust, influence outcomes and effectively engage cross‑functional stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated experience in contributing to product strategy, planning and execution to deliver sustainable customer and business outcomes
Confidence with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change.
Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others.
Experience using SQL (or similar) to extract, analyse and interpret product data, enabling data-driven insights to support in-life product management, performance monitoring, risk identification and continuous improvement
Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Ability to lead multiple initiatives and manage tight timeframes.
Applicable and relevant University qualification.
Prior product development experience preferred
