This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager Especialista I (Soluções Corporativas) based in Brazil.
This is a strategic product leadership role focused on corporate solutions supporting Controllership and FP&A in a complex business environment.
You will own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value generation for critical financial solutions.
The role combines strong business expertise with deep knowledge of the SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA ecosystem
You will lead discovery, translate complex financial needs into scalable digital solutions, and influence senior stakeholders.
A key focus will be maintaining a sustainable SAP architecture while avoiding unnecessary customizations and addressing root causes.
You will collaborate closely with Finance leadership, engineering teams, key users, and external consulting partners.

Accountabilities
- Define and continuously evolve the roadmap for Controllership and FP&A solutions, aligning squad priorities with strategic Finance objectives.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, operational efficiency, scalability, and improvements to financial closing and planning processes.
- Establish and monitor product and business KPIs, including solution performance, data accuracy, user adoption, and satisfaction.
- Act as a subject-matter expert in Controllership and FP&A processes, including consolidation, budgeting, planning, financial closing, and corporate reconciliations.
- Promote sustainable SAP architecture and Clean Core principles across FI, CO, CO-PA, and S/4HANA, challenging unnecessary customizations and ensuring long-term maintainability.
- Investigate systemic and operational issues through root-cause analysis, ensuring solutions address underlying problems rather than temporary symptoms.
- Lead continuous discovery activities, including problem exploration, ideation, and journey mapping with key users, Finance specialists, and engineering teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and actionable priorities for technical teams.
- Act as a strategic bridge between senior Finance stakeholders, engineering teams, and consulting partners, using influence and strong communication to align different perspectives.
- Co-lead product support and incident management, particularly during critical accounting and management closing periods, ensuring operational stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background, with strong experience in Product Management, digital solutions, technology, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager leading multidisciplinary teams in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban, including discovery, prioritization, and roadmap management.
- Strong knowledge of Controllership and FP&A, including corporate and management closing, accounting, costs, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Deep practical and technical experience with the SAP ecosystem, particularly S/4HANA, ECC, or Retail, with strong knowledge of FI and CO/CO-PA.
- Experience mapping and integrating financial processes within complex operating environments, such as retail, industry, logistics, or integrated multichannel ecosystems.
- Understanding of financial and operational value chains, with experience in at least one of the Industry, Logistics, or Retail sectors.
- Strong critical thinking, autonomy, and ability to challenge assumptions, negotiate scope, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technical topics into clear priorities and decisions.
- Knowledge of cross-module SAP integration, particularly FI/CO with MM, SD, and PP, is desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or modernization initiatives and cloud-based financial solutions is a plus.
- Exposure to Corporate Performance Management solutions such as OneStream, Planning Analytics, or Oracle EPM is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial analytics and data architectures for management reporting is a plus.
- Product Management or agile certifications such as CSPO or PSPO are desirable.
