Why this is an exciting opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Solutions team as a Product Manager, supporting three strategic products: myprosperity, Engage and myHUB24.

These products play a critical role in helping advisers, accountants and their clients connect people, data and digital experiences through seamless workflows, trusted information and intuitive digital solutions. Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering and key business stakeholders, you'll help shape product strategy, influence roadmap decisions and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.

In this role, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using customer insights, market opportunities and data to drive product direction. You'll work across complex initiatives, identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and ensure solutions are scalable, commercially valuable and aligned to long-term business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead product discovery activities to deeply understand customer, business and operational challenges before committing to solutions
• Define and measure product outcomes that align with customer value, business goals, operational efficiency and risk reduction
• Translate complex customer, business and technology requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable roadmaps
• Develop high-quality product documentation, including business cases, requirements, recommendations, trade-offs and decision-making artefacts
• Shape and manage the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised and sequenced effectively to maximise value delivery
• Partner closely with UX, Engineering and Delivery teams to validate assumptions, improve customer journeys and deliver intuitive solutions
• Drive stakeholder alignment across senior business and technology leaders through clear communication and evidence-based recommendations
• Identify opportunities to create scalable, reusable capabilities rather than one-off solutions
• Manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple initiatives and teams
• Champion best-practice product management, outcome-led decision-making and continuous improvement
• Leverage strong technical knowledge of APIs, data technologies, identity management and modern delivery methodologies to inform product strategy and execution

What you bring

Experience & Skills

• 8+ years Product Management experience within financial services, fintech, SaaS, technology or digital platform environments
• Strong experience working with advisers, accountants and/or wealth management customers, with a deep understanding of their workflows and needs
• Demonstrated experience designing, building and delivering API-led products and integrations
• Proven ability to define product vision, shape strategy and connect short-term delivery with long-term product goals
• Strong discovery and customer research skills, including problem framing, stakeholder engagement and validation techniques
• Experience defining product success metrics and using data-driven insights to inform decisions
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies and complex product initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations
• Collaborative leadership style with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across Product, Design, Engineering and business teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence
• Knowledge of financial services, digital platforms, data products and connected customer experiences highly regarded
