Product Manager Enterprise Data Management
You work in a challenging, international environment and directly contribute to Rabobank becoming an even more data driven digital bank. Being data driven requires being in control of our data. Being in control of our data depends on our bank wide data management and governance services which are used across Rabobank, globally. In this role, you will turn strategic ambitions into scalable capabilities and help our organisation govern data effectively in a rapidly evolving landscape.
You are part of a team of Product Managers responsible for bank wide data management and governance services used across Rabobank. These services cover data quality management, metadata management, data lineage, reference data, data protection/privacy management, AI governance and context management.
As a Product Manager for Enterprise Data Management, you are responsible for the vision, roadmap, adoption and continuous improvement of enterprise data management capabilities. You lead a multidisciplinary squad and oversee a complex stakeholder landscape across Rabobank. Your portfolio combines strategic change with reliable day-to-day service delivery. Current priorities include enabling AI-ready data, embedding data as a product, improving the end-to-end data issue management process, using AI to automate and simplify data management processes, and continuously evolving our capabilities and technology landscape to remain fit for purpose.
