Role: Product Manager – Engagement & Retention

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Product Manager – Engagement & Retention to drive product-led strategies that deepen user engagement, improve activation, and strengthen long-term retention. Your focus will be to build habit-forming product experiences, optimise lifecycle journeys, and use data-driven insights to convert active users into loyal, high-value customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the customer engagement and retention roadmap end-to-end

  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across activation, engagement, and reactivation

  • Identify drop-offs and opportunities using funnels, cohorts, and behavioural data

  • Drive product-led interventions such as nudges, in-app experiences, rewards, and personalization

  • Run A/B tests and structured experiments to validate hypotheses

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-impact initiatives

  • Present insights, trends, and business impact to leadership regularly



QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master’sfrom a top-tier institution preferred

Experience:

  • 3–6 years in Product Management, Growth, Lifecycle, or relevant B2C roles

  • Experience in high-frequency consumer products (fintech, gaming, quick commerce, consumer apps) preferred

  • Proven track record in improving engagement and retention metrics

Skills :

  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, habit loops, and retention frameworks

  • Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)

  • Comfortable with experimentation, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
