About the position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own an Engage product domain end to end: strategy, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and rollout. The role requires strong product ownership in a complex multi-team environment, with dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Support, and customer-facing teams. The PM must create clarity, make trade-offs, manage risks early, and improve how the team works.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an Engage domain and drive AI and GenAI based solutions.
  • Lead initiatives from problem framing through delivery and rollout.
  • Make trade-offs between customer needs, business impact, technical constraints, and capacity.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design on scope, requirements, and delivery readiness.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Communicate priorities, decisions, timelines, and risks clearly.
  • Improve product processes, documentation standards, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or similar complex environments.
  • Proven ownership of a product domain or major product initiative end to end.
  • Experience with AI/ML-based products or data-driven product capabilities.
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers, gathering feedback and presenting roadmap.
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization under ambiguity.
  • Strong execution discipline, including risk management and follow-through.
  • Experience improving product processes, documentation, or team operating rhythms.
  • Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

  • Fintech, banking, digital banking, customer engagement, or personalization experience.
  • Experience with configurable, platform, or admin products.
  • Experience in B2B2C environments.
