ABOUT THE ROLE

In this strategically focused role, you will drive the development and successful execution of our marketing and portfolio strategy for Endoscopy across the Central Western Cluster (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg). You will identify market opportunities and growth potential, define strategic priorities, and translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives that sustainably strengthen our market position.

Combining strategic and analytical thinking with a hands-on, results-driven mindset, you will turn innovative ideas into tangible business outcomes. Working closely with our international sales teams, the European marketing organization, health care professionals and other key stakeholders, you will drive the successful positioning, launch and sustained adoption of innovative endoscopy technologies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take strategic ownership of product and portfolio management, driving the continuous development of our Endoscopy portfolio across the Central Western Cluster (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg)
• Develop and execute regional marketing and growth strategies, translating European strategies into market-specific priorities and actionable initiatives
• Systematically analyze market dynamics, competitive developments, customer needs, and clinical and technological trends to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
• Plan and manage product launches and strategic marketing initiatives, from market positioning and target audience definition to successful execution and sustained market adoption
• Strategically manage and optimize the portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle, leveraging market analysis, customer feedback, performance metrics and relevant business data
• Collaborate closely with sales, European marketing and other cross-functional teams across countries to translate strategic objectives into impactful, customer-focused initiatives and ensure successful execution

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, natural sciences, biomedical engineering or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in product management or strategic marketing, ideally within the medical technology or health care industry
• Solid technical and clinical understanding, combined with a strong interest in innovative medical devices and emerging technologies
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate market intelligence, customer insights and business performance data into clear priorities and actionable initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills, with the ability to structure complex topics, communicate them effectively and drive projects forward
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style, demonstrating a high degree of initiative, ownership, sound judgment and strong execution capabilities
• Enthusiasm for cross-functional and international collaboration, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and align them around shared objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, Dutch and English, with French language skills considered an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned markets, with residence in Germany or the Netherlands
• Experience in product management or marketing of medical devices within endoscopy or related clinical specialties
• Knowledge of the European medical technology market, including relevant clinical care pathways, health care structures and market dynamics
• Experience collaborating with health care professionals, key opinion leaders and medical societies
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies, product launches or strategic growth initiatives
• Strong interest in digital technologies, data-driven approaches, and applications involving artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI
