The team

You will join the GHRCS Product & Innovation Organisation, a global team focused on creating simple, scalable, and human-centred employee experiences. Within the Channels & Platforms team, the focus is on delivering simple, consistent, and user-centred digital solutions that help employees find HR information and support quickly and easily.

Your skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or comparable technology product leader, with ownership across the complete product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to set product direction, shape roadmaps, prioritize competing demands and connect delivery to measurable business, user or operational outcomes.
• Strong experience with cross-functional agile teams and practical knowledge of discovery, backlog management, story refinement, testing, release management and continuous improvement.
• Good technical acumen across systems, integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud or enterprise platforms, architecture trade-offs and non-functional requirements. Coding is not required, but credible engagement with engineers is essential.
• Experience managing technology vendors or strategic suppliers, including governance, roadmap discussions, delivery commitments, risks, escalations and service performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, analytical thinking and decision-making; able to simplify complex topics and influence without authority.
• Experience in a regulated, controlled or financial-services environment is beneficial; enterprise HR or employee platform experience is an advantage.
• Operate with autonomy and end-to-end accountability, escalating material risks or decisions appropriately.
• Move beyond backlog administration to shape strategy, challenge priorities and steer investment toward outcomes.
• Balance feature delivery with resilience, controls, platform lifecycle, cost, technical debt and long-term maintainability.
• This role supports global teams and vendors. Occasional flexibility in working hours is expected for cross-time-zone collaboration, key releases, priority incidents or critical governance, planned reasonably and in line with local policies and wellbeing expectations.
• We value passion for products and technology, continuous learning, curiosity, user and outcome focus, disciplined execution, inclusive collaboration, integrity, sound judgement, ownership, resilience and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, business, engineering, information systems or a related field. Product management or agile certification is beneficial, while practical product leadership and delivery outcomes are more important.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, vendor-managed products, HR technology, workflow platforms, data or integration products is advantageous.
