Bitsight is a cyber risk management leader transforming how companies manage exposure, performance, and risk for themselves and their third parties. Companies rely on Bitsight to prioritize their cybersecurity investments, build greater trust within their ecosystem, and reduce their chances of financial loss.
Built on over a decade of technological innovation, its integrated solutions deliver value across enterprise security performance, digital supply chains, cyber insurance, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal & External Go-to-Market Execution (60%)
Lead and collaborate with customer facing teams to build out an integrations program that enables automation and scale globally.
Get your hands dirty building out core integration content: draft accurate use case documentation, define budget and escalation pathways for ongoing support of contractor-built integrations, and configure demonstration environments.
Partner closely with Product Marketing to communicate technical "Better Together" value propositions for updated datasheets and release communications.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to drive enablement playbooks, ensuring integrations are positioned as critical steps during customer onboarding.
Manage external Go-to-Market coordination directly with integrated partners for standard (non-revenue generating) integrations to drive mutual adoption.
Collaborate closely with the OEM Leader on the Strategic Partnerships team to support joint GTM activities and support escalations for internally approved, revenue-generating OEM opportunities.
2. Technical Architecture & Partner PM Collaboration (40%)
Own the product lifecycle for strategic ecosystem integrations, facilitating deep bidirectional data syncs and vendor business context imports.
Write detailed technical product specifications, user stories, and data mapping requirements to embed Bitsight data natively into primary control planes like ServiceNow (TPRM, Vulnerability Response, CMDB), Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Google SecOps, and OneTrust.
Interface directly with external Product Managers and engineering counterparts at partner organizations to define API dependencies, authentication mechanisms, and collaborative workflows.
Act as the direct product partner to internal Engineering leads and external contracted development partners, navigating sprint trade-offs, unblocking technical hurdles, enforcing quality architecture governance, and ensuring reliable integration middleware functionality.
Who You Are
The Enablement Engine: You view integrations as commercial levers. You excel at translating complex API architectures into field-ready "Better Together" value propositions, building the playbooks, and training customer-facing teams to drive global adoption.
The "In-the-Weeds" Operator: For your time spent in the weeds, you execute with rigor. You can confidently map JSON payloads, define authentication frameworks, and hold internal engineers and external contractors accountable to high-quality architecture.
Ecosystem Literate: You deeply understand enterprise SecOps, GRC, and CMDB workflows. You know exactly why a customer needs this data integrated, using that domain expertise to build sales motions that actually resonate in the market.
Cross-Functional Driver: You seamlessly align Sales, Marketing, Support, and external Partner PMs around launch schedules, ensuring everyone has the collateral and escalation pathways needed to hit mutual GTM metrics.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of direct Product Management experience in the B2B SaaS, IT Operations Management, or Cybersecurity space owning technical alliances and ecosystem integrations.
Strong commercial intuition; capable of coordinating external partner GTM activities independently while knowing how to collaborate with dedicated Partnership/OEM teams on revenue-attached engagements.
Technical Integration Pedigree: Proven track record of actively scoping, building, and launching successful public APIs, developer platforms, or third-party ecosystem integrations from scratch.
Commercial & GTM Alignment: Demonstrated experience working hand-in-glove with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. You know how to package technical API flows into field-ready sales motions and customer onboarding milestones.
Strong Technical Fluency: Highly capable of evaluating API documentation, webhooks, authorization frameworks (OAuth, API keys), and data schema transformations.
Modern API & Agentic Design: Experience designing public-facing APIs optimized for both traditional developers and machine-to-machine consumption. You understand how AI models interface with backends, possessing clear conceptual command or direct experimentation with emerging integration standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LLM tool definitions.
Preferred Domain Expertise: Subject matter expertise in GRC or Security Operations, with a strong understanding of how analysts and risk teams consume external threat data to drive automated triage, remediation, and compliance workflows.
Experience managing external vendor relationships or technical alliances at the product level, successfully aligning separate engineering roadmaps to hit joint launch targets.
Demonstrated ability to define clear tracking metrics for product feature adoption and use data to iterate on the user setup and discovery experience.
Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity stack, specifically how telemetry planes (SIEM/XDR), action routers (SOAR), and systems of record interact.
