Job Title: Product Manager – eCommerce Storefront

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager – eCommerce Storefront to lead product strategy and roadmap execution for our Storefront Experience team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, customer-facing features and operational tools that drive growth across a multi-tenant eCommerce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Shopify Plus, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Innovation

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
• Deliver innovative storefront features to improve conversion rate, AOV, and user experience
• Optimize site navigation, responsiveness, and overall customer journey
• Evaluate trends in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and third-party integrations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, UX, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements
• Collaborate on custom app development, integrations, and theme enhancements

Requirements & Execution

• Gather and document business and user requirements
• Prioritize features based on impact and business value
• Drive end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects

Stakeholder & Roadmap Management

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Communicate product vision, timelines, and trade-offs effectively

Data & Performance Optimization

• Analyze KPIs and user workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive data-informed decision-making

Testing & Documentation

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality releases
• Develop test scenarios and ensure defect-free delivery
• Create user documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials

Key Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in eCommerce
• Strong expertise in Shopify Plus (themes, apps, APIs, checkout extensibility)
• Experience with headless commerce and third-party integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
