About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to define and build the future of our institutional platform.
You will own the strategy and execution for products that enable banks, brokers, and asset managers to interact with the crypto economy.
This is a high-impact, flexible role focused on shipping "institutional grade" solutions that bridge the gap between digital assets and traditional finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining the strategy and roadmap for our institutional offerings.
• 
  Create products that meet the rigorous reliability, risk, and compliance standards required by financial institutions.
• 
  Innovate on client solutions by connecting cryptocurrency capabilities with traditional financial market primitives.
• 
  Align engineering, design, and sales teams to ruthlessly execute on commercial goals and shared visions.
• 
  Leverage your experience with platform integrations and complex technical requirements to ensure our products connect seamlessly with client systems.
• 
  Clearly articulate plans, progress, and product benefits to internal leadership and external clients.
  
  

What We Look For In You

• 
  5+ years of product management experience, specifically at the intersection of technology and finance.
• 
  Experience building for large institutional clients (Banks, Brokers, Market Makers, Corporates) with a deep understanding of the specific personas within them.
• 
  Familiar with market structure (Clearing, Settlement, Exchanges) and core financial products (Trading, Custody, Financing)
• 
  An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to guide strategy and create alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex technical or regulatory challenges.
• 
  A demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets.
