Role Purpose
The Product Manager – Digital/AI (Senior Specialist) will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital and AI-driven products and solutions. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for digital and AI solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Translate business needs and market trends into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled products with strong customer impact.
Define and monitor product success metrics (adoption, customer satisfaction, ROI).
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to shape product development.
Ensure compliance with data governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., SLT, IT, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth product rollout.
Champion a customer-centric and data-driven culture within the product team.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in digital or AI/ML product development.
Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI) or digital platforms.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital/AI products in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in agile methodologies, product discovery, and user experience design.
