About the Role

Working Arrangement: Fully Remote

Experience: 4–6 years

Engagement: 6-month contract, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance

Our client is looking for a Product Manager with 4–6 years of experience leading the rollout and continued development of a digital healthcare product.

You will work with product, design, engineering, operations, healthcare professionals, and government stakeholders to deliver the product, support adoption, and plan future improvements. You will also explore new features through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and business stand-ups.
• Coordinate product, design, engineering, and operational teams to keep delivery aligned.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and dependencies across teams.
• Document project updates, decisions, and the reasons behind them.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed acceptance criteria and applicable security standards.

Product Rollout and Planning

• Lead product rollout and implementation, working with stakeholders to support adoption and resolve implementation challenges.
• Translate user, stakeholder, and policy needs into clear product priorities.
• Develop the roadmap and actionable plans for subsequent phases of delivery.

User Research and Experimentation

• Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals and other users.
• Use product data to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead discovery and validation of new features.
• Translate research findings into prioritized features and product roadmap updates.

Requirements

• Experience managing digital products across discovery, delivery, and implementation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating Agile delivery practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear product priorities and delivery plans.
• Experience gathering user feedback and using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions.
• Strong documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within defined quality and security requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with healthcare products or working with healthcare professionals.
• Experience engaging government or public-sector stakeholders.
• Experience supporting product rollout, adoption, and feature experimentation.
