Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will help drive the end-to-end development and delivery of impactful products and features, ensuring they meet high standards and create meaningful value for users and stakeholders. You will act as a key point of contact for product-related topics, bringing together business, technical, and user perspectives to turn insights into effective product decisions.

• Drive the end-to-end product development process, from discovery and requirements gathering through documentation, development, launch, and continuous improvement.

• Manage in-life products by gathering customer feedback, identifying requirements and issues, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective product solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

• Prepare, communicate, and iterate on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on stakeholder and team feedback.

• Lead the delivery and launch of medium-to-large product features, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Define, monitor, and analyze meaningful product metrics to evaluate feature performance and impact.

• Analyze product usage data and user feedback to generate insights and inform product development and roadmap decisions.

• Prioritize features and tasks based on user needs, business value, data, and strategic objectives.

• Conduct feature impact analysis and use findings to improve the effectiveness of owned features.

• Identify opportunities to accelerate product delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment.

• Organize and communicate team status, progress, obstacles, dependencies, and functional sequencing to relevant stakeholders.

• Contribute to more data-driven feature recommendations and roadmap decisions.

• Support continuous improvement of product development processes and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise software, web-based products, or technology-driven environments.

• Strong understanding of the full software product lifecycle and experience managing multi-stage, long-term product initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with product discovery, requirements gathering, PRD development, delivery, and post-launch product management.

• Strong ability to prioritize features and tasks based on data, impact, customer needs, and business objectives.

• Experience designing, monitoring, and interpreting meaningful product metrics.

• Knowledge and experience in feature impact analysis and product analytics.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate progress, challenges, dependencies, and decisions.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proficiency in using product and analytics tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.

• Fluency in English.
