We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Data Hub team and lead the development and growth of our platform for creating and consuming data products at scale in Glovo
As a member of the central Data Platform tribe, you’ll drive the product vision, strategy, and execution of Delivery Hero's global core infrastructure and data products, supporting thousands of internal users on leveraging data to provide an amazing experience for millions of customers across 70+ countries.
As the Product Manager for Data Hub, you won't just manage data ingestion and processing: you will own the unified yet flexible distributed platform that enables internal teams to transform raw data into actionable data products. You will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and diverse domain needs, empowering users across multiple data domains to capture, process, and share Delivery Hero’s data with ultimate flexibility and reliable infrastructure.
This role requires a strong understanding of the data needs of our stakeholders, exceptional alignment skills across globally distributed teams, and hands-on expertise to understand the status and quality of our platform capabilities. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to align on scalable features that address critical business challenges, while partnering internally with the rest of Data Hub to deliver high-impact platform solutions built on those foundations.
You will play a key role in shaping a data ecosystem that processes millions of events every day. Your success will be measured by the reliability and business impact of your global data products. Your main responsibilities:
Own the Vision: Contribute to define and execute Data Hub's product strategy and roadmap, moving us toward a high-performance platform that perfectly aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Scale Platform Capabilities: Gather requirements from a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, translating them into robust, scalable platform features that solve high-stakes challenges across multiple data domains.
Lead a Data Hub Squad: Partner up with your team’s Engineering Manager to drive a squad of engineers, by prioritizing work effectively so your team is always executing and delivering on the most impactful projects.
Guardian of Quality & Progress: Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the platform, ensuring continuous improvement, optimization, and absolute transparency when managing the expectations of your globally distributed stakeholders.
PM Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager, ideally with strong experience navigating data platforms, data infrastructure, or complex SaaS environments.
Technical Literacy: You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You speak the language of data engineering. You have experience with managing complex data driven products & participation in technical discussions with engineers as well as non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic & Persuasive: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You have excellent communication and presentation skills to surface stakeholder needs, explain product capabilities and communicate roadmap decisions in a clear and concise way.
Bias for Action: You are proactive, intellectually curious, and self driven. You move fast to deliver value, leveraging data-driven metrics to optimize product delivery and continuously improve platform performance.
