We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our Shanghai team to lead our air-cooled and liquid-cooled (hydro-cooled) data center product division. You will own the entire product lifecycle from production to delivery, overseeing cross-functional teams including Quality Control, Project Coordinators, and Technical Sales Engineers. You will ensure our products meet the highest quality standards, are delivered on schedule, and evolve through effective management of change requests and feedback. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and a proven ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Commercial Support

  • Implement and champion best practices in product development, improvement, and operational excellence. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and adapt production requirements as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Sales Engineers and the global sales team to evaluate and respond to RFQs, ensuring all commercial proposals align with product standards, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Work directly with supplier and factory teams to evaluate and optimize manufacturing capabilities, engineering quality, and process efficiency to enable rapid and effective new product development.
  • Systematically manage and integrate product feedback from global customers to drive continuous improvement in internal processes and product quality.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure flawless and on-schedule order fulfillment, including oversight of related administrative areas (e.g., legal entities, tax, HR, compliance, financials).
  • Streamline operational processes to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity across internal teams, external partners, and vendors. This includes improving cross-team communication, vendor management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Own the Quality Control (QC) process, ensuring all data center products meet and exceed defined quality and performance standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a product management background within the energy, critical infrastructure, or industrial equipment sectors.

Availability:

  • Willingness to be available outside of standard work hours when necessary and to travel as business needs require.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong work ethic with a deep sense of ownership and accountability for products and projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A quick learner who can rapidly adapt to new technologies, processes, and market demands.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, proactively, and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
