Job Description

Support the transformation and production of ACES and NGP platforms for Wholesale Lending Services Quality Control and Assurance.

As a Transformation and Support Services Associate within the ACES to NGP program, you will provide comprehensive production support for the Corporate and Investment Bank’s Wholesale Lending Services Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations, ensuring seamless data intake and reporting from ACES, NGP, and supporting data warehouses. You will serve as an team member contributor on the BOE Controls Quality Product Owner team, accountable for technical deliverables across current and future platforms, including upstream and downstream systems. This role requires deep expertise in application support, change and defect management, and close collaboration with technology and business partners to promote platform migration and deliver operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for ACES and NGP platforms, including change and defect management, release management, and implementation of project deliverables.
  • Support QlikSense dashboards, Business Objects reports, SQL exports, Alteryx workflows, and data feeds leveraged by WLS QA and QC.
    Coordinate with CCS Technology, F&BM, Firmwide Product Owner, and vendor partners to ensure platform availability, performance, and successful migration to NGP.
  • Deliver production support for reporting assets both on-platform (Business Objects, SQL Export utilities) and off-platform (SFTP data intake, Snowflake, Alteryx, and other platforms).
  • Monitor and coordinate data quality tasks, including intake and output file curation, modeling, and hosting prior to EDH Data Warehouse load.
  • Support data and utilities provisioning for ACES and NGP platforms, including automated and user-initiated feeds from upstream systems and future NGP processing capabilities.
  • Deliver functional enhancements, define best practices, and provide platform user onboarding and training for current and future platforms.


Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • 3+ years of technology application production support and technical delivery experience, including at least 2 years in ACES or similar QC/QA applications as a key technical contributor or manager.”
  • 2+ years of change and defect management and release management experience, including data requirements, source system coding, release coordination, and status reporting;
  • Technical expertise in third-party reporting utilities (Alteryx, Tableau, Business Objects, QlikSense), database query languages (SQL, PLSQL, MSSQL), and SharePoint development; extensive experience with MS Office suite for analytics, presentations, and reporting.
  • Strong executive presence, able to communicate complex technical status to non-technical audiences effectively; experience with MS SharePoint for change and defect management and release process management.


Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at JPMorganChase in technical roles with increasing responsibility; overall experience of 7+ years.
  • Experience supporting large application communities (750+ users), including access roles, functionality, best practices, training, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ancillary portals, input/output tasks, and vendor engagement.
  • Proven track record in supporting platform migrations and operational excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Agile project management methodology experience preferred.
