Job Description

Your Role:

• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs while maintaining a prioritized product backlog
• Leverage domain expertise to provide insights and guidance on product features, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices
• Conduct regular customer visits to gather direct feedback, understand their needs and pain points, and ensure the product meets their expectations
• Communicate with stakeholders, including R&D, Ops, and SBU Management, to ensure transparency, gather feedback, and present updates on product development
• Collaborate with Product Architects to clarify requirements, participate in sprint planning, and review completed work against acceptance criteria
• Ensure product development stays within budget and make decisions regarding resource allocation for efficient team capabilities
• Conduct market research to identify trends, collaborate with UX/UI designers for user-friendly interfaces, and monitor product performance using analytics for continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or Ph.D. is a plus
• 5+ years in product or project management, preferably in data analytics for the semiconductor industry, experience in software development
• Understanding of data analytics tools and semiconductor processes
• Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting complex information
