As Product Manager for SitaWare Insight, you will work alongside our Business Product Manager and development teams to turn operational needs into concrete product features. You will be the voice of the customer and end-user, guiding the team’s day-to-day work and helping us to show what our data and AI platform can do for command and control (C2).

The position requires regular international travel to customers and Systematic offices, approximately 20–30 days each year.
Based in Copenhagen, you will be close to the development teams building SitaWare Insight, while collaborating closely with Product Management colleagues in Aarhus. Alongside our Business Product Manager, who owns the product roadmap, you will provide operational input for the team’s daily implementation and help keep development aligned with user needs and product priorities. Together, you will be part of a collaborative team committed to turning data and AI into solutions that make a tangible difference across the defence sector from staff at headquarters to decision-makers in the field.
You bring a solid background from the armed forces or intelligence services – for example as an officer, NCO or in a role such as an information manager – or several years of hands-on experience working directly with defence or intelligence customers as a supplier of data or information products or systems. This operational experience is essential, as it enables you to understand the realities our end-users face and to translate their needs into concrete product decisions.
