We are looking for a Product Manager DACH (f/m/d) offering a unique opportunity to shape brand strategy and execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your impact

You will manage and drive performance of several key brands across DACH, developing impactful strategies and initiatives and fostering omnichannel engagement.

Working closely with Sales, Medical, Supply Chain and Global teams, you will translate insights into action, challenge the status quo, and elevate field impact. Success in this role requires a pioneering, hands-on mindset and the agility to turn ideas into action in a dynamic environment.

The position is based in Martinsried (Germany), hybrid working is possible. The role involves approximately 20% travel in the DACH region.

Your responsibilities

• Shape and execute the DACH brand strategy for your assigned vaccine portfolio, ensuring alignment with global strategies and sales needs
• Lead key strategic brand initiatives powered by customer insights and driving business impact
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strong local execution across DACH
• Represent the DACH region in global working groups, ensuring local market needs and opportunities are reflected
• Advance omnichannel engagement
• Manage the full product lifecycle of your brands, including performance monitoring, forecasting, market analysis, budgets and sales training

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you bring solid commercial pharma experience combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate a very agile environment. You are an excellent communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach. You bring a pioneering mindset and enjoy building, testing, and improving as you go. You thrive in fast-paced matrix environments combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• 3-5 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in vaccines, including proven track record in Product or Brand Management
• Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system. Additional knowledge of the Swiss and/or Austrian systems is a plus
• Strong capabilities in multi-project management and experience with omnichannel marketing
• Analytical mindset and easiness with data turning insights into clear, actionable decisions
• Relevant academic background (e.g. Business, Marketing, Life Sciences) combined with fluency in German and English
• Qualification as a Pharmareferent/in according to §75 AMG is considered a plus
