We want to build a team of champions that’s why Wavin is currently looking for a Product Manager Building DACH to join our team in Germany, at our office in Dusseldorf in Germany!

Join us to shape the future of building solutions in DACH. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Hot & Cold product range strategy and drive growth in the DACH region.

The role

• Develop and execute product strategies for the Building market in DACH, aligned with business plans.
• Own and optimize the DACH product portfolio, including ranges produced locally, ensuring profitability and lifecycle management.
• Launch new products and maintain compliance, covering certifications and sustainability requirements.
• Analyze performance and trends using SAP BO and Power BI to guide decisions.
• Support growth initiatives create value propositions, assist marketing campaigns, and enable sales through training and customer support.
• Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with product, innovation, sales, marketing, supply chain, and contribute to strategic projects.

What We’re Looking For

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical or commercial field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, ideally in building materials.
• A strong grasp of value-based selling and solution-driven product portfolios.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Technical background with solid commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Skilled communicator with a clear, fact-based approach to stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of drinking water systems, hygiene, and risk management is a plus.
• Experience in multinational, sector-related environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong value propositions and upstream market concepts.
• Familiarity with tools like SAP, SAP BO, and Power BI is an advantage.
