Job Description

Product Manager – D365 (Finance & Operations)

Do you like helping shape product direction, working with stakeholders, and seeing your work make a real operational difference?

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help develop and deliver the D365 F&O roadmap, supporting Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams across the business.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll contribute to the evolution of our ERP platform within a complex, multi‑site organisation.

The role

As Product Manager for D365 F&O, you’ll support the product vision, help deliver the roadmap and ensure the platform continues to meet business needs.

You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering and external partners to improve, standardise and enhance ERP processes, balancing day‑to‑day change with longer‑term improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the D365 F&O product roadmap and ongoing prioritisation
  • Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear objectives and deliverables
  • Supporting cross‑functional discovery, backlog refinement and planning activities
  • Helping maintain governance, quality and platform standards

You’ll support a mix of BAU change, enhancements and project work, helping ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable and aligned with business priorities.

What makes this role exciting?

This role offers the opportunity to grow your product management experience in a complex enterprise environment.

You’ll gain:

  • Exposure to a core enterprise ERP platform used across the organisation
  • The chance to work closely with a wide range of business and technology teams
  • Involvement in shaping and improving ERP processes at scale
  • Experience supporting vendor relationships and delivery partners
  • A role in Biffa’s wider digital transformation journey
  • If you enjoy learning, collaborating and improving platforms over time, this role offers strong development and impact.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Solid experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Good understanding of Finance and/or Manufacturing ERP processes
  • Experience working on cross‑functional technology or change initiatives
  • Confidence working with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage priorities
  • An organised, delivery‑focused mindset with good analytical skills

Experience with integrations, Power Platform, Azure services or Agile ways of working would be an advantage, but is not essential.
