As a Product Manager within our Domains Product team, you will focus on combining Creditsafe’s curated business information and customer intelligence into products that deliver clear, actionable insights.
You will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful outputs embedded within workflows, reports, and intelligent features across our customer-facing products. Working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Commercial teams, you will shape how data is combined, analysed, and delivered to solve real customer problems at scale.
This is a pivotal role in supporting our shift from delivering data to creating intelligent, insight-led products.
Define and deliver insight-driven use cases that address real customer needs
Translate business problems into structured insight outputs, reporting solutions, and product features
Develop reports and features that combine Creditsafe and customer data into clear, actionable insights
Apply AI where it adds value, including identifying patterns, generating insights, and enabling proactive delivery
Develop agent-enabled capabilities so insights can be delivered through MCP channels and embedded within automated workflows
Ensure outputs are structured, explainable, reusable, and actionable
Create and manage PRDs, epics, features, and user stories
Define data inputs, dependencies, transformation logic, and output formats (e.g. reports, dashboards, alerts, services)
Ensure products prioritise insight over raw data and are intuitive for customers to understand and act on
Work with stakeholders to define key customer questions, metrics, and desired outcomes
Prioritise work based on customer value, business impact, and scalability
Challenge requirements to maintain focus on meaningful insights rather than feature volume
Collaborate closely with Product, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and AI/governance teams
Maintain alignment on product vision, data readiness, and delivery timelines
