Job Description

How will I help?

You’ll help drive mortgage customer acquisition and retention by owning the optimisation and delivery of Banker Leads—ensuring our lead activity is targeted, effective and consistently improving. Working within the Growth Squad, you’ll translate growth priorities into practical initiatives and campaigns that lift lead outcomes and support stronger customer growth across the mortgage portfolio.

In this role you’ll lead delivery end‑to‑end with autonomy, partnering across multiple business units to get outcomes delivered. You’ll use analysis, prioritisation and research to shape what gets built and improved, track performance against objectives and key results, and provide reporting that supports service ownership and leadership decisions—while ensuring risk, compliance, data and collateral requirements are met throughout delivery.

What do I need?

You’ll bring product management experience and, ideally, hands‑on experience in leads management—with a proven ability to improve lead performance through disciplined optimisation, effective prioritisation and data‑led decision making. You’re comfortable working across cross‑functional teams to deliver change, and you can communicate clearly and influence stakeholders to drive the right outcomes.

You’ll also bring strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influence decision‑makers so key growth, productivity and risk metrics are achieved. You understand the expectations of working in a regulated environment and can balance pace with governance—ensuring campaigns and changes are delivered safely, compliantly and with strong attention to data and customer outcomes.
