We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead key Crypto initiatives across custodial flows, crypto transfers, non-custodial wallets, and core crypto infrastructure.

In this role, you will define strategy, drive execution end-to-end, and build seamless, secure, and scalable crypto experiences together with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new crypto business models and scale our crypto products - across Crypto-In/Out, Non-Custodial Wallet, custody, and the underlying infrastructure.
• Define, plan and execute alongside key stakeholders the long-term strategy and roadmap based on KPIs (Crypto-In, Wallet adoption, transfer success rate, time-to-settle) and in alignment with the company's vision.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, marketing, data analytics, customer service, operations, legal, and compliance - as well as external vendors (custodians, exchanges, on/off-ramp providers, KYT and on-chain analytics partners).
• Take products from inception to production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery, monitoring and measuring impact, and acting fast when real customer funds are involved.
• Use AI as a core part of your daily workflow - for spec writing, data exploration, vendor documentation analysis, prototyping, and competitive research. We expect AI fluency as the floor, not the ceiling.
• Conduct data analysis, A/B tests and user research to identify pain points and develop data-driven solutions for our customers.
• Stay updated with the crypto landscape - emerging coins, networks (L1/L2), regulatory shifts (MiCA, Travel Rule, FCA), and competitor moves

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience at leading tech companies (B2C, preferably in crypto, fintech, or regulated brokerage) in the Crypto, Payments, or Wallet space.
• Experience with modern crypto infrastructure: custody (custodial vs. non-custodial, MPC, hot/cold), on/off-ramp providers, blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, L2s), wallet flows, KYT/AML processes, and crypto security standards.
• Familiarity with API infrastructure of custodians, exchanges, and blockchain providers to create seamless integration with the eToro domain.
• Strong UX skills and experience with tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
• AI-native by default - Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Mixpanel AI, Databricks Genie are part of your daily PM toolkit. You can describe 3-4 AI workflows you've built into your craft.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives in a money-moving product.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and present in large forums.
• Ability to see the bigger picture, prioritize competing needs, and provide clarity to your team, management, and partners.
• Ability to understand and take ownership of complex processes and business needs and translate them into simple, effective, scalable product solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements (in crypto, this is the job).
