Job Description

Kredivo is looking for a Product Manager – Core Banking (Loan) to join our Product team in Jakarta. This role reports to the Lead Product Manager – Core Banking and will be responsible for building and scaling the core loan platform that powers Kredivo's lending products across multiple markets.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, Finance, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant lending capabilities. You will own products from discovery through launch, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations while driving execution across multiple stakeholders.

About the job:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery, solution design, PRD creation, development, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
• Define product requirements and work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze customer behavior, operational metrics, and business performance to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and strategic objectives.
• Drive the delivery of scalable lending platform capabilities across multiple countries and business partners.
• Monitor product performance after launch and continuously optimize based on data and user feedback.
• Manage product roadmaps while balancing short-term business needs with long-term platform investments.
• Ensure product solutions comply with local regulations and internal governance standards across different markets.

About you:

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or other technology-driven companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable working with engineers and able to understand technical concepts, APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile product development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in lending, credit, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Experience working on platform products or B2B integrations is a plus.
