About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead automation initiatives across our campaign system, supporting media activation, campaign operations, and platform scalability. This role will focus on identifying manual workflows, designing automation first solutions, and partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Data, and AI teams to enable efficient, reliable, and scalable campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the automation roadmap across campaign setup, activation, optimization, and reporting
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone workflows and translate them into scalable automated solutions
  • Partner with Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation initiatives end-to-end
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation features
  • Measure and communicate automation impact (e.g., time saved, error reduction, campaign throughput)
  • Continuously iterate to improve the campaign system's performance, scalability, and usability

What Success Looks Like

  • A growing percentage of campaigns launched and managed through automated workflows
  • Meaningful reduction in campaign setup time and operational errors
  • Increased scale of media activation without proportional headcount growth
  • High adoption, trust, and satisfaction among Campaign Operations stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong experience designing and delivering automation first workflows
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering, Data and AI teams on technical systems and integrations
  • Experience translating operational pain points into clear, scalable product solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive prioritization and measurement
  • Experience with AI-driven automation or rules-based decision systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Advantages

  • Experience in ad tech, martech, retail media, or campaign management platforms
  • Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, or media activation systems
  • Background in operations, process optimization, or platform scalability
