The Core Ads product team is looking for a new intern to help build client-facing measurement solutions that enable advertisers to assess the impact of their TikTok marketing on business returns. Project Intern:
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate on measurement tools that evaluate ad effectiveness across signal quality, attribution outcomes, and third-party (3P) tracking workflows.
- Support the development and improvement of attribution and 3P measurement products, enhancing accuracy, scalability, and usability of performance insights.
- Drive ad solutions that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), leveraging data insights to continuously improve product performance and adapt to evolving advertiser needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Signal, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and vertical product teams to align on measurement strategy and execution.
- Analyze complex business problems to identify high-impact opportunities, and prioritize features that improve measurement fidelity, advertiser trust, and overall user experience.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development by defining clear goals, success metrics, and milestones; partner with stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
