The Golf Business Unit’s Controls Product Manager will develop and execute strategies in the Golf electronic/controls product portfolio. This opportunity is to drive and support product solutions for electronic products and connected devices that minimize water and labor use in the golf industry, enabling consistent, high-quality play through the Intelligent use of Water™.
We’re looking for a candidate with proven experience in electronic and controller product management who can drive profitable growth through a well-executed roadmap. In this role, you’ll ensure that existing electronic products meet market needs while aligning with Rain Bird’s high standards. You’ll take ownership of product line strategy, leading efforts across new product and feature development, lifecycle management, and product positioning from launch through maturity.
Success in this role requires creativity, initiative, and a strong customer focus, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver results while leveraging strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills. This position also offers a clear path for growth, with the opportunity to develop into future management roles within the organization.
